Auto statistical report for trough/peak ratio index in the evaluation of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring by SAS software

Abstract

Abstract: AIM: To develop an efficient SAS macros to automatically output table of statistical analysis report for trough: peak ratio index. METHODS: Applying SAS functions such as int, floor and SAS procedure such as proc mean /ttest, wilcoxon.RESULTS: Some SAS Macros were made including data management and transform, creating variables and outputing statistical analysis report tables.CONCLUSION: The SAS Macros are useful to output statistical analysis report tables and improve the efficiency for clinical trial evaluation.
