Abstract: As percutaneous coronary intervention is widely used in clinic, more and more acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction patients undergo direct PCI. However, no-reflow phenomenon seriously affects the prognosis of patients during emergent PCI. The possible mechanisms and therapies of no-reflow phenomenon will be introduced briefly in this review.
