Abstract: AIM: To analyze and evaluate the combined use of Benzene Three Phenol and Magnesium Sulfate in the treatment of acute cholecystalgia in the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction.METHODS: From January 2010 to June 2012,a total of 300 cases of patients were treated and randomly divided into A, B, C group. Group A were treated with Benzene Three Phenol, group B combined use of Benzene Three Phenol and Magnesium Sulfate treatment, group C by Anisodamine treatment with alkali.RESULTS: The efficiency of group B was higher than that in group C or group A(χ2=21.5000,P<0.01),the efficiency of group A was higher than that in group C(χ2=6.6528, P<0.01).Group B of the abdominal pain relief time was less than group C(t=4.1067, P<0.01),Group B of the abdominal pain relief time was similar to group A (t=0.7190,P=0.4730).Group B after administration of the VAS score lowest between group C and group A(F=285.6,P<0.01). Group C adverse reaction rate was higher than that of A and B (χ2=115.6116,P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between group B and group A(χ2=0.0962,P=0.7564).CONCLUSION: Combined use of Benzene Three Phenol and Magnesium Sulfate on acute cholecystalgia is more superiority in symptom, onset time and undesirable reaction, clinical curative effect is satisfactory, superior to use Benzene Three Phenol or anisodamine alone, worthy of clinical application.
