Abstract: AIM: To investigate the hemostatic effect and biocompatibility of RT-Q-remedial biomembrane.METHODS: There were control, excipient, Shunkang and RT-Q grouPin topical bleeding experiment and control, excipient, and RT-Q grouPin topical biocompatibility experiment, in order to study the hemostatic effect on jugular vein of rat, and to observe the biodegradability and histocompatibility of RT-Q in muscle of rat legs.RESULTS: The hemostatic effect is significant compared with control grouPand excipient grouP(P<0.01), but there is no significant difference compared with Shunkang grouP(P>0.05).The biological evaluation for the biocompatibility is excellent.CONCLUSION: The significant hemostatic effect and good biocompatibility have been proved in topical bleeding of RT-Q.
