Abstract: Recently, the relationship of the microenvironment and the tumor metastasis has become a new research focus.Multiple evidences reveal that the regulations of the tumor microenvironment enable the inhibition of metastasis, advanced research suggest that the chemokine-like receptor 1 (CMLR1 also ChemR23 )and its ligands in signal transduction and cell-cell interaction in the regulations of the tumor microenvironment play an important role. Therefore,ChemR23 and its signal pathway might be a new target for cancer therapy.
