Abstract: Abnormal reward function is closely related to the occurrence of obesity.Exercise can improve hedonic overeating and increase physical activity by adjusting the reward system function, which has a positive influence on the prevention and treatment of obesity in children and adolescents.During this process, the plasticity of dopaminergic pathway projected from the midbrain to striatum plays an important role. This paper summarizes the current research situation in this field in order to provide a new theoretical perspective for the prevention and control of obesity in children and adolescents.
