Abstract: Gut microbiota plays an important role in maintaining human health.Viruses are the most common cause of acute respiratory tract infection in children.The relationship between gut microbiota and disease has become a hot topic of current research.There is increasing evidence that gut microbiota can remotely influence the host immune response, which is crucial to host defense against infection.This paper summarizes the research progress in the effect of gut microbiota on children′s respiratory tract immunity, focusing on the relationship between gut microbiota and defense against respiratory tract virus infection in children, so as to provide a new idea for the prevention and treatment of respiratory viral diseases in children.

摘要: 肠道微生物在维持人体健康方面发挥着重要作用。病毒是儿童急性呼吸道感染最常见的病原。探讨肠道微生物与疾病之间的关系已成为当前的研究热点之一。越来越多的证据表明,肠道微生物可远程影响宿主的免疫反应,这对宿主的抗感染和防御至关重要。本文综述了肠道微生物对儿童呼吸道病毒感染的免疫调控作用,重点关注儿童常见的呼吸道合胞病毒及流感病毒感染,以期为儿童呼吸道病毒感染性疾病的防治提供新思路。
