Abstract: Objective To analyze the developmental characteristics of five functional areas of 0~2 years old normal children in Taiyuan and to provided empirical evidence for early intervention. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,totally 976 normal children aged 0~2 years asking for developmental quotient test in the maternal and child health care hospital of Taiyuan city were enrolled in this study,and completed the pediatric development scale test.According to gender,study subjects were divided into two groups,and differences between groups were analyzed by Independent-Samples t test. Results The development of children's social behavior showed "U" curve.The development of language energy area showed a gradual downward trend.Girls' comprehensive development adaptability and fine action were all higher than boys(all P<0.05 or <0.01). Conclusion It is necessary to further promote balanced development of language performance,to strengthen the fine motor skills training in boys,to train their initiative in the activities and to develop the ability to live independently.

摘要： 目的 分析太原市0~2岁正常儿童五功能区发育特点,为早期干预提供经验证据。方法 以2016年1月-2017年1月在太原市妇幼保健院进行发育商检测的0~2岁976名正常儿童为研究对象,采用中国儿童发育量表测试。按照性别分组,采用独立样本t检验对儿童五功能区发育商性别差异比较分析。结果 儿童社交行为发育呈现“U”型曲线关系;语言能区发展呈逐渐下降趋势;女童综合发育商、适应性与精细动作均高于男童(P均<0.05或<0.01)。结论 需关注语言能区均衡发展以及有目的的增强男童精细动作方面的锻炼,培养其参与活动的主动性以及独立处理生活的能力。
