孤独症儿童的脑干听觉诱发电位检测结果临床分析

Abstract: Objective To investigate the characteristics of brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) in children with autism. Method The data of BAEP in the children with autism was analysed. Results BAEP of 33 children among 78 cases were normal,the rest were abnormal,mainly including changed wave amplitude,the prolonged wave latency,long interpeak latency,poor wave form differentiation and increased hearing threshold level. Conclusion Acouesthesia of autistic children is almost normal,but the brainstem transmission time of BAEP is prolonged,which indicate that auditory brainstem dysfunction may lead to the dysplasia of cognitive and language development.

摘要: 目的 探讨孤独症患儿脑干听觉诱发电位(brainstem auditory evoked potential,BAEP)的临床特征,为临床工作指导提供参考依据。方法 对78例孤独症患儿的BAEP检测结果进行分析。结果 78例患儿中,BAEP正常33例(42.3%),异常45例(57.7%),主要表现为波幅改变、波潜伏期、 峰间期延长、波形分化不良或听阈值增高。 结论 孤独症患儿听力基本正常,但存在BAEP异常,提示脑干听觉传导通路异常可能是造成其认知与语言发育障碍的原因之一。
