Abstract: AIM: To observe the immunological regulation of the fuzhenchuyi granule in mice with immune hypofunction.METHODS: The immune hypofunction mouse models were made by intraperitoneal injecting cyclophosphamide in mice.The mononuclear phagocyte englobement function, serum erythrocytolysin, haematolysis plaque formation and lymphocyte conversion ratio were determined by the absorption spectrometry and cytometry.RESULTS: The fuzhenchuyi granule enhanced immuned hypofunctional mouse reticulo-endothelium system and cytophagous function encouraged the level of erythrocytolysin and haematolysis plaque formation, and boosted lymphocyte transformation rate.CONCLUSION: The fuzhenchuyi granule shows a positive regulation, including nonspecific immunity, humoral immunity and cellular immune function, in mice with immune hypofunctional.
