Development of the megakaryocyte programmed cell death in Systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with thrombocytopenia

Abstract

Abstract: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a kind of autoimmune disease which is characterized by immune inflammatory, thrombocytopenia is one of the common performances of SLE. The pathogenesis of SLE complicated with thrombocytopenia is always a difficult and hot problem.With the study of programmed cell death in SLE and autoimmune diseases, the programmed cell death of megakaryocytes is significant in the pathogenesis of SLE complicated with thrombocytopenia. This review is focus on the development of megakaryocyte programmed cell death in SLE complicated with thrombocytopenia.
