马特森儿童社会技能评价量表中文版的初步修订

Abstract: Objective To revise The Matson Evaluation of Social Skills with Youngsters (MESSY),and examine its reliability and validity. Methods The scale was translated into Chinese,revised version was obtained after item analysis and explorer factor analysis using pre-survey sample [n=209,boys 105,mean age (9.44±1.74)y].The reliability and validity were tested using formal survey sample [n=465,boys 251,mean age (9.26±1.75)y],67 children were retested 2weeks later. Results 30 items were left after item analysis.The internal consistency Cronbach'α was 0.876,the test-retest correlation coefficient was 0.75.The results of explorer factor analysis showed that 41.973% of the total variation could be explained by 3 factors.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that RMSEA was 0.058,and GFI was 0.87,which suggested that the model was fitted good. Conclusion The MESSY has sound validity and reliability.

摘要: 目的 引进、修订6~12岁儿童马特森儿童社会技能评价量表(The Matson Evaluation of Social Skills with Youngsters,MESSY)家长版,检验其信、效度。方法 通过双向翻译获得MESSY量表初版,对预调查样本[n=209,男105人,平均年龄(9.44 ± 1.74)岁]进行项目分析和探索性因子分子获得MESSY中文修订版。对正式调查样本[n=465,男251,平均年龄(9.26±1.75)岁]进行信度、效度检验,其中67人完成2周后重测。结果 修订版MESSY共包含30个条目。全量表Cronbach's α系数为0.876,重测信度为0.75。探索性因子分析抽取3个因子,解释总变异的41.973%,各条目所属因子结构与原量表一致。验证性因子分析RMSEA为0.058,GFI为0.87,模型拟合较好。结论 修订后的6~12岁儿童MESSY量表的信、效度均可接受,适用于该年龄段儿童社会技能的评估。
