Research advances on the role of vitamin D in attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder children

Abstract

Abstract: As a neurosteroid,vitamin D plays an important role in brain proliferation,differentiation,neurotrophic,neurotransmitters and neuroplasticity.Recently,studies have shown that the level of vitamin D in ADHD children is lower than that in healthy children,which may be related to the pathogenesis of ADHD.So this article reviews the mechanism of action of vitamin D in the development of ADHD in children.

摘要： 维生素D(Vit D)作为一种神经甾体,它在大脑增值、分化、神经营养、神经递质和神经可塑性等方面发挥了重要的作用,而最近有研究表明注意力缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿维生素D水平低于健康儿童,可能与ADHD的发病机制有关,本文将对维生素D与儿童ADHD的作用机制进行了探讨。
