摘要：
阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停（obstructive sleep apnea，OSA）是最常见的睡眠相关呼吸障碍，以睡眠呼吸紊乱相关症状就诊，但多已合并心血管、呼吸、神经、代谢、内分泌等多系统的病变。其一线治疗手段是睡眠期间持续正压通气（CPAP）；对于CPAP治疗失败的患者，上气道多平面手术是一种有效的替代治疗方案。本文根据已发表的文献、专家管理经验，对上气道手术术前评估、术中及术后管理等方面研究进展进行总结，为制定此手术患者围手术期管理方案提供参考，以期达到提高此类手术患者安全、促进其术后康复的目标。
