Abstract

Abstract: Resveratrol, as a natural autophagy regulator, has good biological activity in anti-tumor. In the anti-tumor process of resveratrol or similar substances, autophagy not only plays an important role in tumor cell apoptosis, proliferation, senescence and metastasis, but also plays a sensitizing effect on clinical radiation therapy and chemotherapy. This paper reviews the role of autophagy in the anti-tumor effect of resveratrol and its research progress.
