Abstract: AIM: To study the influence of aqueous extract of Panacis majoris rhizoma on auricle microcirculation. METHODS: The auricles microcirculation was closely observed to examine the effect of aqueous extract of Panacis majoris rhizoma in the normal and blood stasis model mice auricles. RESULTS: The aqueous extract of Panacis majoris rhizoma were significantly able to increase microvascular diameter and capillary number of the normal and blood stasis model mice, and effectually improve the model mice auricles microcirculation disturbance induced by adrenaline hydrochloride. CONCLUSION: The aqueous extract of Panacis majoris rhizoma can remarkably improve the auricles microcirculation in the normal and blood stasis model mice.
