电子屏幕暴露对儿童运动影响的研究进展

Abstract: Adequate physical activity is an important guarantee for healthy growth and is beneficial to children's physical and mental health and cognitive development. Persistent screen exposure during childhood has been reported in an increasing number to have a negative impact on children's physical activity. This study reviews the specific effects and mechanisms of electronic screen exposure on children's physical activity, and summarizes the methods for early detection and intervention of motion problems related to electronic screen exposure, thus providing clues for further clinical and basic research into the effects of electronic screens on motor coordination in Chinese children.

摘要: 足量的体育活动是健康成长的重要保障,有益于儿童的身心健康和认知发展。有报道显示儿童期持续屏幕暴露可能对儿童运动方面造成不良影响。本研究综述了电子屏幕暴露对儿童身体活动的影响及机制,并总结干预方法,以早期发现并干预电子屏幕暴露相关的运动问题,为进一步在中国儿童中开展电子屏幕对运动协调能力影响的临床和基础研究提供线索。
