Abstract: 【Objective】 To study the status of child neglect among children aged 3~6 years old in the urban areas of some nursery school in Zhuhai. 【Methods】1 242 families with children aged 3~6 years old were sampled randomly from 6 nursery school in Zhuhai. They were investigated by Evaluationnaire of Child Neglect of Urban Children Aged 3~6 Years Old in China. 【Results】 The total neglect rate and degree of nursery school in urban areas in Zhuhai was respectively 14.8% and 21.5.There was no significant difference in total neglect rate and degree between different gender and age groups. But there had significant difference in emotion neglect, the neglect rate of children aged 6 years old were highest. 【Conclusion】 The status of child neglect among children aged 3~6 years old in the urban areas of some nursery school in Zhuhai is serious, the relevant departments should pay attention on this issue.

摘要： 【目的】 了解珠海市城区托幼机构3~6岁学龄前儿童的忽视状况,为制定出相应的干预措施提供依据。 【方法】 采用整群随机抽样的方法,应用“中国3~6岁城区儿童忽视状况评价问卷”,对珠海市城区6所幼儿园的1 242名3~6岁儿童父母进行忽视状况的调查。 【结果】 珠海市城区3~6岁儿童的总忽视率为14.8%,总忽视度为21.5。男童忽视率为15.0%,忽视度为22.1;女童忽视率为14.6%,忽视度为20.8。男、女童及不同年龄组儿童总忽视率和总忽视度比较差异均无统计学意义;不同年龄组儿童除在情感忽视率上比较差异有统计学意义之外,其余层面的忽视率及忽视度差异无统计学意义。6岁组儿童情感忽视率最高。 【结论】 珠海市城区儿童被忽视现象较为严重,应引起足够的重视。
