Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder subjective quality of life in children

Abstract

Abstract: 【Objective】 To know attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) children's subjective life quality. 【Method】 Case control study on 56 cases of children with ADHD(ADHD group) and 50 normal children (control group) were compared the subjective quality of life questionnaire. 【Results】 In the ADHD group of children in family life,school life,self awareness,experience of depression,cognitive component,affective component and overall satisfaction were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were significant (P<0.05),while in the living environment,peer interaction,experiencing anxiety and physical and emotional dimensions of satisfaction with a control group of children,there were no significant differences (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 ADHD children's subjective life quality is low,and it is recommended for children and parents to timely conduct of the relevant knowledge teaching and guidance.

摘要： 【目的】探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)儿童的主观生活质量。【方法】采用病例对照研究的方法,对56例ADHD儿童(ADHD组)与50例正常儿童(对照组)进行主观生活质量问卷对比。【结果】 ADHD组儿童在家庭生活、学校生活、自我认识、抑郁体验、认知成份、情感成份及总体满意度均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05),而在生活环境、同伴交往、焦虑体验及躯体情感等维度满意度与对照组儿童相比,差异无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。【结论】 ADHD儿童主观生活质量低下,建议对患儿及家长及时进行相关知识的宣教和指导。
