学习障碍儿童的视觉诱发电位研究

Abstract: 【Objective】 To study the pattern reversal visual evoked potential (PRVEP) characteristics of children with learning disability. 【Methods】 The group of 42 children with learning disability(LD) were diagnosed by ICD-10.The control group of 37 normal children were from ordinary primary schools.They were tested by PRVEP at five levels of spatial frequency. 【Results】 1)As spatial frequency increaseing,the latencies of P100 in the two groups of children were extended.And the amplitudes of P100 in the two groups of children were reduced.2)The latencies of P100 wave were significantly prolonged at all five spatial frequency in the LD group compared with the control group(P<0.05).The amplitudes of P100 in the LD group were significantly smaller than those in the control group at the 27',13',7' three spatial frequency(P<0.05). 【Conclusions】 The latencies of P100 wave are longer and the amplitudes are smaller in LD group than those in control group.It is indicated that the transmission function of retinal ganglion cells to the visual center deal difficultly in the children with LD and the visual information processing speed slow down.

摘要: 【目的】 探索学习障碍儿童在5个不同的空间频率刺激下模式翻转视觉诱发电位(pattern reversal visual evoked potential,PRVEP)的特点。 【方法】 采用ICD-10学习障碍诊断标准入组学习障碍组42人;正常对照组来源于普通小学共37人。对所有对象进行儿童韦氏智力量表以及5个不同空间频率刺激下的视觉诱发电位测试。 【结果】 1)在5个不同的空间频率由低空间频率到高空间频率两组儿童均有出波,随着空间频率的增大,两组儿童的P100波的潜伏期均逐渐延长,波幅均逐渐减小。2)5个不同的空间频率刺激下的P100波的潜伏期学习障碍组均较对照组延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在视角为27'、13'、7'这三个中高空间频率刺激下的P100波的振幅,学习障碍组较对照组显著减小(P<0.05)。 【结论】 学习障碍儿童P100波潜伏期延长,波幅减小,表明其视网膜神经节细胞至视觉中枢的信息处理存在着异常,视觉认知能力异常。
